(A)VIP PLATINUM FULL RENTAL (Fri/Sat two-day package) $8500

•    Available at 10am the day before till midnight, and an overnight stay for a bride and bridesmaids, and day of         ceremony ' 9:00am till 10:00pm.

• Rehearsal, and Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Ceremony and Reception space.

•  Includes seating for 200 guests with tables and Gold Chivari chairs, 8 high top tables, 4 rectangular tables.

•  Linens included. 

• Preliminary wedding set up.

•   200 white wooden chairs for the ceremony.

•    Rustic wood arbor

•    Access to the bridal suite and the overnight stay for the bride and the bridesmaids.   

• Access to the man cave for groomsmen for two days (not including overnight).

•  Access to the new addition, which holds 200 guests for reception & can also be used as the rain plan.

•   Access to the new kitchen for the caterers.

•   Access to the bar.

•    cleaning after the party included.

•  2 photo sessions (your photographer) all access prior to wedding w/driver

(B)GOLD (Saturday Only) $6500 (with ad-on option to VIP)

• Available at 10:00am the day of till 10:00pm.

• Wedding Ceremony and Reception after the wedding.

• Included seating for 200 guests with Tables and Gold Chivari chairs, 8 high top tables, 4 rectangular tables.

• 200 white wooden chairs for ceremony

• Preliminary wedding set up.

• Rustic wooden chairs.

• Access to the bridal suite and for the bride and the bridesmaids. And access to the new kitchen.

• Access to the man cave for groomsmen for the day.

• Access to the new addition which holds 200 guests for reception which can also be used as the rain plan.

• Access to the bar.

•  Cleaning after the party included.  

• 2 photo sessions (your photographer) on the property; all access prior to wedding day with a driver and Polaris to get around the property during photo sessions (call to schedule)

•  Linens can be added for $500 for  25 tables that are provided by the venue for the reception and 3 serving table and 8 high tops.

C) SILVER (Friday Only) $5500 

• Wedding Ceremony and Reception after the wedding.

• Available at 9 am till 10:00pm

• Included seating for 200 guests with Tables and Gold Chivari chairs, 8 high top tables, few rectangular tables, 

• 200 white wooden chairs for ceremony

• Preliminary wedding set up.

• Access to the bridal suite.

• Access to the man cave for groomsmen

• Access to the new addition to the venue which holds 200 guests for reception which can also be used as the rain plan.

• Access to 2  kitchens for the caterers.

• Access to the bar.

• Vendor cleaning after the party included. 

• 2 photo sessions (your photographer)all access prior to wedding day with a driver 

• Linens can be added for $500 for  25 tables that are provided by the venue for the reception and 3 serving table and 8 high tops

• Addons 1: * Two day all access can be added ,however will depend on availability.
